As posted earlier, Rethinking Number Theory is a research community which believes that number theory should be not only accessible, but enjoyable to everyone. They work towards creating a joyful collaborative research experience, where people are valued and uplifted.

On Thursday, in the MAA Invited Paper Session on Rethinking Number Theory, at 9:30am I will present on what I have experienced in my research collaborations and provide some ideas for People over Mathematics: Setting Up An Effective Research Group.
